Board change

PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("Proactis" or "the Company") announces that Kevin Chidlow, Chief Technical Officer of Proactis, has tendered his resignation. Kevin will resign as a statutory director with immediate effect and will work with the Company through his notice period to enable an orderly transition of his responsibilities which will be covered by the existing team.

Rod Jones, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"Kevin has been an instrumental part of Proactis for more than 15 years and has led our team of developers with great skill and tenacity over that period. One of the highlights of his time with us was the rating of the Proactis solution as number 1 in the world, by Gartner Group, in 2009. The whole of Proactis will miss him but understand Kevin's desire to do something different and are confident that Kevin will rise to the challenge."
