Plant Health Care PLC05 March 2007 5 March 2007 PLANT HEALTH CARE PLC (THE "COMPANY") EXERCISE OF OPTIONS Plant Health Care plc (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to an exercise ofoptions, the Company has allotted and issued credited as fully paid 400,000 newordinary shares of1 pence each (the "New Shares"). Application has been made for the New Shares tobe admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on 9 March2007.The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of theCompany will be 41,950,922 Ordinary Shares, all of which have voting rights. The above figure (41,950,922) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Plant Health Care plc underthe FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
