Director's Shareholding

Plant Health Care (AIM/ CISX: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, was notified on 28 November 2013 that, on28 November 2013, James Ede-Golightly, a non-executive director of the Company, received 46,111 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of a specie distribution by ORA Capital Partners Limited. Following this transaction, Mr. Ede-Golightly has a personal holding of 230,111 shares in the Company (representing 0.33% of the current issued share capital), and a further beneficial interest in 200,000 shares (0.28% of its share capital) through Fermain Capital Limited.
