Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) was notified that on 13 June 2017, Christopher Richards, Executive Chairman and Interim CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 29.44 pence per Ordinary Share in the name of his minor child, William Richards. Following the purchase, William Richards is beneficially interested in 34,578 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
