Plant Health Care plc, a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, confirms that, following his participation in the Fundraising announced on 23 June 2023, James Ede-Golightly, Non-Executive Director, has a beneficial interest in 936,096* Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.27 per cent of enlarged issued share capital.
