Plant Health Care PLC25 July 2007 25 July 2007 Plant Health Care plc ("Plant Health Care" or the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 105,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London StockExchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission"). Admission is expectedto become effective on 6 August 2007. The new Ordinary Shares, which are being issued pursuant to the exercise ofoptions, will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 42,069,375 Ordinary Shares, all of which have voting rights. The above figure 42,069,375 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Plant Health Care plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
