Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 31 March 2016, that on the same day, Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 4,316 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £1.6125 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 26 March 2013.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), Dr Watts holds 119,849 Shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
