("SOCO" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 20 July 2018 that, on the same day, Quantic Limited BVI, which is a Closely Associated Person to Rui de Sousa, Chairman of the SOCO Board of Directors, disposed of 939,504 SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"). These Shares were transferred in specie for nil consideration: 469,752 Shares to Mr de Sousa personally and 469,752 Shares to a third party.

As a result of this transaction, Rui de Sousa continues to be interested in a total of 9,178,572 Shares, representing 2.77% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding Shares held in treasury), of which;

· 8,708,820 Shares representing 2.62% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding Shares held in treasury) are held by Palamos Limited, a Closely Associated Person to Rui de Sousa; and

· 469,752 Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding Shares held in treasury) are held by Mr de Sousa personally.
