Annual General Meeting Results
Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at yesterday's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company were duly passed.
