Further to the announcements on 21 October 2019 and 4 November 2019, Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the upstream oil and gas company offering its investors direct exposure to Argentina's Vaca Muerta shale formation and other unconventional resources, announces that the sale by its wholly owned subsidiary, Petrolera El Trebol S.A., of its 70 per cent. non-operated working interest in the Santa Cruz Sur Assets under an agreement with Echo Energy plc has now completed.
