Director's Dealings
The Company has been informed that Martin Bennett, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 18,070 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 June 2022 at a price of 275p per share. Following the purchase, Mr Bennett holds a total of 18,070 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.058 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
