Director/PDMR Dealing
The Company has been informed by Ken Rooney, Non-Executive Director & Deputy Chairman, that he had sold, on 6 November 2020, 3,551 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £2.15 per share from his holding in the Company's Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Ownership Plan.
Following this transaction, Mr Rooney no longer has any interest in Personal Group's ordinary shares.
Further detail is provided below in accordance with Article 19.3 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
