Exercise of Options
Prime Focus London Plc (the "Company") announces that the Company has issued 8,150 ordinary shares ("New Shares") following the exercise of options by two employees under the Company's 2009 Share Option Plan.
Application has been made for the admission of the New Shares and it is expected that they will be admitted to trading on AIM on 20 July 2011.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company with voting rights will be 32,804,128.
