Premier Foods plc (the Company)
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ("PCA")
The Company announces that it was notified on 12 August 2021 of the following transactions by Yilmaz Erceyes and Paul Thompson, both PDMRs of the Company.
On 12 August 2021, Yilmaz Erceyes sold 17,548 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 113.8p per Share and then purchased 17,667 Shares at a price of 114.05p.
On 12 August 2021, Paul Thompson purchased 1,148 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 114.05p per Share.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
