Annual Financial Report

Following the release on 16 February 2010 of Premier's preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2009, the Company has today published its annual report and accounts for 2009.

The Company's 2010 AGM will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday 20 May 2010 at Insurance Hall, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY.

Copies of the annual report, Notice of AGM and proxy card have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
