Notification of Interests of
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

On 24 April 2009 Ayman Asfari, Amjad Bseisu, Keith Roberts, Leigh Howarth, Richard Milne, Robert Jewkes and Robin Pinchbeck each sold all shares which vested to them from the Plans at an average price of 588.1p. In addition, Robert Jewkes sold a further 15,977 shares at a price of 591.7p.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,434,858 shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
