BOARD CHANGES

Further to the announcement on 1 March 2018, the Company confirms that David Davies has joined the Company as an independent Non-executive Director and chairman of the Audit Committee, following formal approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting today.

David has more than 35 years' experience as a financial professional, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board at international, integrated oil and gas producer and petrochemical solution provider OMV Aktiengesellschaft. He also served as Group Finance Director for Morgan Crucible Company plc and London International Group plc. David is a Non-Executive Director of Ophir Energy Plc, a member of the Supervisory Board at Uniper SE and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wienerberger AG. He is also a member of the Senior Advisory Board at First Alpha Energy LLP.

As a result of the Board changes effected today, the Board committees are comprised as follows with immediate effect:

Nominations Committee: René Médori (Chairman), Andrea Abt, Ayman Asfari, Sara Akbar, Matthias Bichsel, David Davies and George Pierson

Audit Committee: David Davies (Chairman), Matthias Bichsel and George Pierson

Compliance & Ethics Committee: George Pierson (Chairman), Andrea Abt and Matthias Bichsel

Remuneration Committee: Matthias Bichsel (Chairman), Andrea Abt, and Sara Akbar
