Notification of interests of Directors
Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess') has been advised that on 20 December 2019 Felix Haldner, Director, bought shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange as an alternative to receiving a cash dividend.
Felix Haldner bought 5,743 ordinary shares at a share price of EUR 11.10 representing 0.0083% of the Company's issued share capital. Following this purchase, Felix Haldner has a total interest of 225,554 shares in the Company representing 0.3262% of Princess' issued share capital.
