Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd15 April 2008 News Release Guernsey, 15 April 2008 Princess partnership GMT sells Asiakastieto The Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess") partnership GMTCommunications Partners III, L.P. has announced to sell its portfolio companyAsiakastieto. The sale will generate an IRR of approximately 70% over a holdingperiod of less than two years. Being the sole owner of the most comprehensivebusiness and credit information database in Finland, Asiakastieto is thecountry's largest provider of business and credit information with a 74% marketshare and 23'000 customers, including large financial institutions and telecomoperators. Since GMT acquired Asiakastieto in 2006 it has assisted with thedevelopment of the company's marketing strategy and sought organic growth byexpanding the company's range of products. In this time, Asiakastieto has seensignificant improvements, with EBITDA increasing by 31% p.a. and net salesincreasing by 20% p.a.
