AGM UPDATE
Pennant International Group plc ("Pennant" or "the Group"), the AIM quoted supplier of integrated support solutions, products and services, principally to the defence, rail, aerospace and naval sectors and to Government Departments, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.30am today at the Group's Head Office in Cheltenham.
Phil Walker, Chief Executive Officer, will the make the following statement to shareholders on current trading and prospects for the year:
"I am pleased to be able to report to shareholders that the Group's good start to 2017, highlighted in last month's Preliminary Results Announcement, has continued and the Board anticipates a healthy first half outcome with further good progress being achieved for the year as a whole. We remain confident of meeting current market expectations for 2017".
