The Company is pleased to announce that Christopher Allner has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2024.

Louise Wolfson, the chair of the Company's Remuneration & Nomination Committee commented: "We are delighted that Chris has agreed to join us and welcome him to an already talented board. His extensive knowledge and experience in the VCT industry will be of great benefit to us. We are confident that his contribution will be of substantial value as we continue to grow the Company." 

Christopher is a non-executive director of Thames Ventures VCT 1 plc and of Thames Ventures VCT 2 plc. He is also a partner in Downing LLP and chairs its Investment Committee. There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
