Results announcement

The Company's directors ("Directors") are pleased to attach the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. The highlights include:

· Net asset value total return per share of 139.7 pence (+0.1% in the year)

· Net asset value per share of 99.7 pence

· £251.7m fund size

· 5.0 pence dividend per share (£11.1m) in the year to March 2025 (5.0 pence per share in the year to March 2024)

· Continued target annual dividend of 5.0 pence per share

· Since the year end, 2.0 pence per share dividend (£5.2m) was paid in May 2025

· £6.4m share buybacks completed in the year to March 2025

· £4.6m share buyback completed in April 2025
