Directors Dealings
Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the AIM-listed design and build, proprietary attractions and licensing and distribution company, was today informed that Mark Pyrah, a director of the Company, through his pension scheme purchased 991,038 ordinary shares of 2.6p each for a total consideration of £25,766.99.
Following the transaction, Mark Pyrah has beneficial interest in 22,214,594 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 11.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
