Appointment of New Non-Executive Director
Paragon Entertainment Limited, the attractions design, production, fit-out business, licensor and operator, is pleased to announce that Martin Barratt will join the Board today as a non-executive Director.
Martin Barratt (age 56) has over 25 years of management, operational and development experience in the attractions industry, with hands on experience developing and running a variety of visitor attraction businesses from museums to theme parks. Notable highlights include the operation and development of the UK's largest theme park and branded attractions company.
Martin is currently a Board Member of the European and Middle East Division at the Themed Entertainment Association as well as a recognised industry consultant.
Martin has previously held executive board positions in multi‐national attraction companies, most recently; Chief Executive of British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attraction (BALPPA). Other notable positions include Operations Director and Development Director for Merlin Entertainments Group Ltd.
Over the past five years, Mr. Barratt has been a Director of Martin Barratt Ltd, Vision XS Ltd and Adips Ltd.
There are no further disclosures required under the AIM Rules for Companies.
