Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that that it has been informed that on 9 September 2016 Mr O Abdullah, Director, transferred 393,750 ordinary shares to the Mr O Abdullah Pension SIPP at a price of 17.5 pence per share.
The Company announces that further to the transfer of Ordinary Shares, Mr O Abdullah holds Ordinary Shares as follows:
