Screen PLC01 February 2005 For release 1st February 2005 SCREEN PLC ("SCREEN" OR "THE COMPANY") CHANGE OF DIRECTORS Screen, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security systems, announces thefollowing changes to its Board of Directors: Chris Langridge, Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board of Screenwith effect from 31st January 2005. Chris joined the Company in December 2003 inan interim role to help stabilise the group's financial position and implement arecovery programme. Following the recent £5.67m placing and new bankingagreement, he is now moving on to another assignment. We are grateful for thehelp that Chris has given us over the last fourteen months. The Board hasidentified a suitable replacement for Chris and expects to make an announcementconcerning his appointment to the Board shortly. Bill Conn has also been appointed with effect from 1st February 2005 as aDirector of the Company. He joined Joyce-Loebl Limited as Managing Director inSeptember 2004. He was previously Managing Director of the Electrical DrivesWorldwide Division of ALSTOM, the transport group. He has many years' experiencein the rail transport and aerospace industries. There are no other details to be disclosed of directorships held by WilliamFrancis Eric James Conn in any other publicly quoted company at any time in theprevious five years. There are no further disclosures to be made according toSchedule 2 (paragraph (f)) of the AIM Rules.
