Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pebble Beach Systems Group plc (AIM: "PEB", "Pebble" or the "Group"), a leading global software business specialising in playout automation and content management solutions for the broadcast and streaming service markets, announces that it has received notification that Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel"), 24 June 2021, has received notification from one of their custodians of a transfer out, on behalf of discretionary clients, of 9,704 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") and that Kestrel has also separately transferred 224,000 Ordinary Shares between some of its discretionary clients.
Chris Errington, Non-Executive Director, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr. Errington is also a shareholder in one of Kestrel's clients ("Kestrel Opportunities") and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in Pebble.
Following this notification, Kestrel Opportunities continues to hold (and consequently Mr. Errington is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 12,395,625 Shares, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr. Errington has no beneficial interest now hold 24,689,904 Shares. Following these transfers, on a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 37,085,529 Shares in Pebble, which represents 29.76% per cent of Pebble's issued share capital.
