Vislink plc ("the Company")

Vislink plc, ("the Company"), the leading supplier of microwave radio and satellite transmission products for the broadcast and security markets and CCTV systems for the marine security market, has been informed on 6 October 2008 by Robin Howe, a Non-Executive Director, that he has purchased 147,647 shares at an average price of 29.1 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Howe will be interested in 870,000 shares representing 0.63 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
