Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director

The Company announces that Mike Wright will be standing down as a non-executive director, including his role as chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

Ian Filby, non-executive chairman of Pendragon, said, "I would like to thank Mike for his support, guidance and contribution to the Company over the past four years, particularly through the challenges of the pandemic and in evolving and developing our strategy. The Board wishes him all the very best in his future endeavours."

The non-executive chairman, Ian Filby, will act as interim chair of the Remuneration Committee until a permanent replacement is appointed.
