Settlement with former Chief Executive and receipt of Loan Note repayment

PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the customer engagement specialist that secures and protects payment card data for companies handling payments by phone, announces that it has signed a settlement agreement with William Catchpole, the Group's former Chief Executive Officer.
Β
Under the terms of the agreement, Mr Catchpole will receive his contracted entitlements plus an additional payment of Β£100,100 in full and final settlement of all other claims.
Β
Further to its announcement on 1 November, the Company has also received the final Β£250,000 loan note repayment due this year, in line with the terms of the contract for the sale of the Group's contact centre business.
