DIRECTORSHIP UPDATE

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Petroceltic International plc ("the Company") announces that it has received notification from Andrew Bostock, the Company's senior non-executive director, that Purepower Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales of which he was formerly a non-executive director, was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 25 November 2011. Mr Bostock has advised that Purepower Group Limited was the parent company of Purepower Holdings Limited, the subject of a related announcement made on 13 September 2011.
