Petroceltic International PLC13 July 2005 Petroceltic International plc ("Petroceltic" or "the Company") Directors Dealing The Company was notified today that Christian Schaffalitzky, a non-executivedirector of the Company, exercised options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares of€0.0125 each at an exercise price of €0.0125 each on 12 July 2005 andsubsequently disposed of these 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10.5p on13 July 2005. As a result of these transactions, Mr Schaffalitzky's shareholding in theCompany remains unchanged at 5,150,089 ordinary shares.
