Board Changes
Petroceltic International plc ("Petroceltic" or "the Company") announces that Mr Con Casey, a non-executive director, has informed the Company of his decision to retire from the board with immediate effect. Mr Casey had served as a director of Petroceltic since October 2000.
Robert Adair, Chairman of Petroceltic commented:
"We are grateful for the contribution which Con has made to the Company during his many years on the board. He leaves us with our best wishes for his future ventures".
