Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Stacey Parrinder-Johnson as an independent non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2025.
Ms Parrinder-Johnson is currently a non-executive director of The Monks Investment Trust Plc and a governor of the University of Portsmouth.

A resolution proposing the election of Ms Parrinder-Johnson as non-executive director will be put to shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company due to be held in early 2026.
Ms Parrinder-Johnson currently holds 4,750 shares in Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 6.4.8 of the Listing Rules in respect of Ms Parrinder-Johnson.
