Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that as at 31 May 2022 the total number of shares issued and outstanding is: 46,388,515 and of these shares 59,587 are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is 46,328,928 which may be used by shareholders or other persons as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
