Total Voting Rights and Equity Issue Update
Gold exploration and development company Panthera Resources Plc (AIM: PAT), with assets in West Africa and India announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 152,579,671 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 152,579,671.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Equity Issue Update
The Company originally announced an equity financing on 29 March 2023 and most recently provided a further update on 2 May 2023 in relation to splitting Admission into two tranches. While First Admission has since been completed, the Company now anticipates the Second Admission to occur on or around late June 2023. Further announcements regarding the equity financing will be made by the Company as and when appropriate.
Unless otherwise defined herein, the capitalised defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those used in the Company's announcement on 2 May 2023.
