Rajasthan Court Hearing Update
Panthera Resources plc (AIM: PAT), the gold exploration and development company with assets in India and West Africa, provides an update on the Court case pending with the Rajasthan High Court.
MMI's case was not heard today as a result of a truncated session of only half a day of hearings. Unfortunately our case was one of those which was held over. We do not anticipate a meaningful delay in obtaining a new hearing date and we will advise the market accordingly.
