Pantheon Resources Investor Conference call

Pantheon Resources plc ("Pantheon"), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company active in Louisiana and Texas, is pleased to confirm that an Investor Conference call has been scheduled for Friday, 25 September 2009 at 2:00 p.m. British Summer Time (GMT+1). The call will be hosted by Jay Cheatham, Chief Executive Officer, and is expected to last 60 minutes.

Jay will be joined by Justin Hondris, Director, Finance and Corporate Development and Dr. Ed Duncan, Ledgerock Consulting, Pantheon's consultant geologist.

A short presentation will be posted to Pantheon's website on the morning of Friday 25 September 2009 to accompany the call. The format for the call will include discussion of the presentation followed by a shareholder question and answer session.
