New presentation on Panther Metals Limited
Panther Metals plc (LSE: PALM) announces that an investor presentation (the "Presentation") issued in connection with the proposed listing and IPO of Panther Resources Limited ("Panther Resources") on the Australian Securities Exchange (the "ASX") has today been posted to its website at www.panthermetals.co.uk.
No material new information concerning the underlying business of Panther Resources is contained in the Presentation, but the Presentation does contain indicative dates and possible capital structures which may might result were ASX listing and IPO to proceed to completion, which information, of itself, might otherwise constitute inside information relating to the Company for the purposes of UK MAR.
The Company wishes to re-iterate that the ASX listing and IPO is being conducted as an Australian domestic-only transaction and the publication of the Presentation by the Company is solely for informational, transparency and UK MAR compliance purposes (given the significant ownership stake of the Company in Panther Resources) and not for any other purpose.
