Grant of Options and PDMR Dealings
Panther Metals PLC (LSE:PALM) the company focused on mineral exploration in Canada and Australia, announces that following its annual compensartion review, the Remuneration Committee made recommendations to the Board which have been approved by the Board and as a result the Company has granted a total of 4,600,000 options to Directors and staff members.
All of the options have a five year term from date of grant and an exercise price of 15p per share. The options are all subject to the vesting condition of the price of the Company's ordinary shares trading on the London Stock Exchange plc at a volume weighted average price of 30p per share over any period of 10 trading days during the life of the options.
