Convertible Bond Drawdown Notice
The board of directors of Asian Plantations is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the announcement of the convertible bond issue on 9 January 2013, the Company issued, on 14 August 2013, the second tranche of the convertible bond, amounting to US$5,000,000, to OCBC Capital Investment I Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of OCBC Bank. Terms remain unchanged from those previously announced. The Company expects to issue the third and final tranche of US$5,000,000 by month-end.
