Equatorial Palm Oil plc, (AIM: PAL), the AIM listed palm oil development company with operations in Liberia, West Africa is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the notice dated 6 December 2019, were duly approved by shareholders.
