Directors' share transfer

Michael Page International plc ("the Company") has been notified that Steve Ingham, Chief Executive, has today transferred 500,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") in the Company to his wife for nil consideration.

Stephen Puckett, Group Finance Director, also transferred 650,410 Shares today to his wife for nil consideration.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned Directors in the Shares remains unchanged.
