Share Dealings
Pacific Alliance China Land Limited (the "Company") announces the following dealings in the Company.
The Company has been informed that on 13 June 2011, Pacific Alliance Real Estate Limited, the Company's investment manager and its affiliates, transferred a total of 25,769 of the Company's ordinary shares, $0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to its staff.
As a result of the transfer of Ordinary Shares, Mr. Chris Gradel and Mr. Horst F. Geicke, directors of the Company, have an indirect interest in 1,272,281 of the Company's Ordinary Shares held by Pacific Alliance Real Estate Limited and its affiliates representing 0.92% of the Company's total voting rights.
