Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange to admit 438,175 ordinary shares of 10p each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. 208,232 ordinary 10p shares were allotted pursuant to an offer for subscription in relation to the 2007/2008 tax year and 229,943 ordinary 10p shares were allotted pursuant to an offer for subscription for the 2008/2009 tax year.
The Company published pursuant to these offers an Investment Memorandum dated 18 February 2008 and 20 February 2009 respectively which are available to view on the Company's website and at the document viewing facility at the UKLA, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
