Oxus Gold PLC30 April 2007 Oxus Gold plc Exercise of options London: 30 April 2007 - Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") (OXS.L)announces that, following an exercise of options to acquire ordinary shares inthe Company at 22.5p per share, the Company has issued 66,667 new shares. Application has been made for new shares to be admitted to trading on the AIMMarket of the London Stock Exchange and dealings in the shares are expected tocommence on 3 May 2007. The new shares will rank pari passu with existingordinary shares.
