Oxus Gold announces that it was notified on 20 February 2013 that the shareholding in the Company of Mr A F. Gibbons represented in excess of 4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following a purchase of 6,650,000 ordinary shares on 20 February 2013, Mr Gibbons now holds 19,849,465 ordinary shares in Oxus Gold, which represents 4.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
