Oxus Gold PLC28 July 2005 news release For immediate release: 28 July 2005 Oxus Gold plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings and Additional Listing Application has been made for 9,478 new ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchangeplc. The shares were issued to certain non-executive directors of the Company on28 July 2005 as consideration for quarterly fees for the periods April to June2005.
