Oxus Gold PLC25 May 2006 news release For immediate release: 25 May 2006 Oxus Gold plc Additional Listing Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") announces an application has been made for12,226 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to tradingon the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc. The shares were allotted tocertain non-executive directors of the Company on 19 May 2006 as considerationfor quarterly fees for the period January to March 2006.
