Jane Hall appointed Non-Executive Director

Outsourcery plc, (AIM: OUT, "Outsourcery" or "the Group"), the pure-play provider of Cloud-based IT and communications services (ICT), has appointed Jane Hall to the board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Jane's extensive experience includes her current role as Group Finance Director at Innovation Group plc, the UK-based provider of business process services and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, automotive and property industries. She joined Innovation Group following the acquisition of Cosy plc in October 2001 and was initially responsible for the UK finance function before moving into the role of Group Financial Controller in 2004. Prior to joining Innovation Group, she held several senior finance positions in smaller private companies.

Jane is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Ken Olisa, Non-Executive Chairman, commented:
